Job Description
- Manage all accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts receivable data to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted both daily and monthly
- Provide weekly, monthly and annualy collection report to management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree Accounting, Management, Business, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- High degree of accuracy, strong data integrity, and attention to detail
- Have Minimum 1 year experience with collections, AR, or banking is preferred
- Hands-on experience in operating excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Candidate must have a high level of comprehension, multitasking, excellent time and process management skills, can work under pressure, and the ability to think on his/her feet.
