Job Description
1. Leverage your sales and relationship-building expertise to build an awesome first impression with clients.
2. Attend to client inquiries timely.
3. Meet with clients to discuss their pain points and requirements, and propose our solution.
4. Be your clients' best friend. Attend to questions, and concerns and address them appropriately.
5. Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competition and reactions from accounts
6. Use our tools and data to provide clients with insights to set proper expectations.
7. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
8. Tracking sales goals, and reporting results as necessary.
9.. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
10. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Minimum Qualifications
Specifications and Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in a related field Required Certificates
- Certificates and/or seminars attended related to the field Required Experience
- Background experience in the field of EdTech or experience in SaaS is a plus
- Minimum of 1-year sales experience
Required Knowledge and Skill - Strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills; demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage multiple activities with attention to detail, meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving capacity, with demonstrated ability for considerable analysis and sound judgment to find solutions in a complex environment with shifting and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to interact professionally with culturally and linguistically diverse staff, stakeholders, clients, and consultants.
- Advanced Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint, and electronic mail)
- Excellent presentation skills to C-level prospects
- Lead Generation expertise
- Experience in Sales and/or Business Development in the EdTech industry a plus
- An expansive network of corporate Edtech clients is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
