Job Description
- Supervises the shift, applying observation, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Allocates task, breaks, briefs responsibilities to the team.
- Provides corrective feedback and documents the process. Escalates all concerns and work-related issues within the shift.
- Ensuring company’s projects, practices and policies conform to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational compliance inquiries and issues from associates management throughout the organization.
- Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues.
- Establish and perform compliance audits to determine whether establish protocols are being followed and where they can be improved.
- Maintain up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities.
- Contribute to strong relationships through interactions with internal parties (offshore and onshore), clients and compliance officers.
- Perform day to day task compliance tasks included.
- Other task may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Must have AML, Compliance and Risk Management Experience
- Must have 5 years related work experience
- Must have 2-3 years experience in people handling
- Must be able to work specific shifts and have ability to work across various time zones and regions.
- Strong customer-centric focus with demonstrated success in problem solving, teamwork, adaptability, planning, decision making, and data analysis.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills & ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to work in an agile manner and successfully multitask
