Senior Finance Analyst  

Key Functions:

• Provide oversight to financial and regulatory processes, including compilation, review and technical assistance
• Compile and advise on monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory and financial reports such as audited financial statement
• Contribute to strong relationships through interactions with internal parties (offshore and onshore), clients and audit firm personnel
• Establish and support department and individual goals
• Write and / or review various reports related to engagements and prepare ad hoc reports for the client upon request
• Troubleshoot fund accounting and client issues and attend meetings and training to enhance knowledge to be passed down to reporting finance specialist
• All day to day finance and treasury task included
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Ensure Accuracy & Timely Maintenance of:

• Accounts Payable – entering invoices, submitting for approval, entering draft payments for banking, advise new bank accounts required
• Preparation and assessment of the withdrawal process
• Create and prepare withdrawal batch files throughout each day
• Assess all withdrawals to ensure all turnover, KYC, bonus abuse, duplicate account issues are not present
• Defer withdrawals to Finance Management where required
• Raise any withdrawal or account issues that you find with Finance Management
• Assistance with some components of the payroll function as required by HR/Finance management:
• Commission reconciliations
• Support reconciliations
• Time in Lieu of tracking
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis tasks as required by the Finance Manager

• Certified Public Accountant
• 3 years of financial or audit experience in financial institutions
• Finance or audit experience in a BPO setup or with international companies is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of U.S GAAP and IFRS is required
• Good English communication both oral and written
• Willing to work in the night shift is mandatory as working closely with staff based in the USA is a requirement (10pm to 6am)
• Willing to work in Mckinley Hills, Taguig
