Job Description
- Answers incoming customer calls and live chat/email through Intercom Apps regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call and chat
- For morning shift (female) you will be working in morning from 06.00 am- 03.00 pm,
- For night shift (male) you will be working in night shift from 03.00 pm - 12.00 pm.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma 3 / S1
- 1 year in Customer Service experience (Freshgraduate welcome apply)
- Male is preferrable for night shift
- No gender preference for morning shift
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
