- Conducts proactive consultative needs analysis with new and existing customers including the development of product solutions.
- Ability to listen to customers and ask appropriate questions in order to build rapport with potential customers
- Closes new accounts by answering the telephone, WhatsApp, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products in order to persuade potential customers
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
- Demonstrates full understanding of current marketing campaigns and offerings and communicate them clearly to customers at every sales opportunity.
- Ensure all outbound calls are attended to in a professional and courteous manner
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Excellent selling skills and a great telephone manner
- Min. 1 year experience in the inbound or outbound sales field
- Proactive, self-motivated and with a desire to learn new technologies quickly
- Familiar work at under pressure, fast-paced & exceed the target
