Job Description
The job is mainly to support the finance team, which includes but not limited to:
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Generate and send out invoices
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Process adjustments
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
- Assist with month-end closing
- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, Majoring in Accounting / Finance
- Min. 1 year working experience, preferably in A/R or finance related fields. Have experience internship or fulltime at KAP is a plus
- Familiar using Accurate Software is a plus
- Attention to detail
