Job Description
- Provide training on the use of our products and help the onboarding process.
- Carry out installation and testing of equipment at outlets.
- Resolves product (software/hardware) problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- Provide technical support to customers for any issues that arise with the use of our products.
- Conduct internal testing of the network and products to identify any issues.
- Attend to inquiries from customers in a timely, efficient & professional manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree (D3/S1) in IT, information systems, computer science/engineering, or related discipline.
- More than 1 year in technical support or related experience, preferably in SaaS industry.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Having a driving license and own vehicle is mandatory.
