Job Description
Merchant Activation will support our existing merchant related to activations of a wide range of products from POS software/hardware to mobile payment solutions. He/She will ensure that the account is activated and ready to process.
Job Descriptions:
- Visit merchants and provide support to them who choose to offer electronic transactions such as Go-Pay or OVO.
- Assist client with the set-up and activation of their payment acceptance solution
- Engage with clients and ensure that they are supported through the activation process
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of various POS system’s including functionality and troubleshooting
- Provide consistent and accurate information to our merchant customers
- Maintain a helpful and professional manner with both internal and external clients
- Understand and comply with company and department policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 1 year proven experience in merchant activation/acquisition/sales or any related role in POS, E-Payment or PPOB industry.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Able and keen to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Own personal vehicle
- Accustomed to work with set target
