Job Description
- Registering in-and-out any goods or items in warehouse:
- Request and supply orders
- Company asset for employees
- Responsible for end-to-end order process (request and supply orders, packing orders and placing orders in delivery area)
- Maintain inventory control by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of items received or distributed through the computer
- Responsible for monthly stock opname
- Cooperate with Vendors and Finance team for:
- Booking/Pre-order hardware
- Warranty claim for defect/broken hardware
- Responsible as Pawoon Tokopedia Administrator:
- Listing purchase order
- Withdrawing funds
- Responding to chat or discussion
- Prepare documents for shipping stuffs
Minimum Qualifications
- Have inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
