Job Description

  • Manage internal video onboarding and training
  • Responsible for creating, updating, and developing articles on Help Center
  • Create internal playbooks and manual book for customers
  • Delivering content to internal division and cross division

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduated from reputable universities
  • Have a great analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have an experience as content writer, video/photo editor is a plus, fresh graduates are welcome.
