Job Description
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
- Generate new campaign ideas across business verticals, with a passion and precise understanding of the Pawoon brand and capabilities.
- Proactively research and identify relevant brands and industry techniques. Actively pursue and close partnerships by crafting presentations, pitching ideas, and negotiating contracts.
- Identify decision makers within prospective partner organizations, create rich relationships and turn those into actionable repeatable business.
- Manage all projects through to completion: create project budgets and timelines, secure approvals to meet key deadlines, and drive a team of cross-functional stakeholders to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners (e.g. digital media, social media platform, etc.) to ensure both Pawoon and partners succeed and continuously optimize.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask with effective resolutions for competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Skilled, comfortable and interested in analytics, reporting and data driven decisions.
- High energy, enthusiasm and a need to win the day in each and every task executed.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and working with legal documents is a plus.
