Tasks and Responsibilities:

Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
Oversee design for social media assets (ie, Facebook Timeline cover, Infographics, Twitter Profile, Blog)
Manage social content – status, inforgraphics, tweets
Create reports and forecasts on social content
Conceptualize social content
Manage the PawnHero blog
Keep pace with Social Media Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing Industry trends
Assist in layout of web pages for blog and content
Analyze website strategies and translate qualitative or anecdotal data into recommendations and tactics for revising the strategies
Research keywords
Communicate to team and management on project development and results

Other requirements:

Contribution to the team's general knowledge of best practices for customer service and customer relations
Make recommendations according to customer’s needs of the product or service
Openness to working with a team for a common goal and learning new things.
Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to customer experience
Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive to join our growing team and work on very exciting venture backed Fintech startup.

As the Social Media Executive, you will be tasked to come up with developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. This involves producing, engaging the media and bloggers for public relations. You are also responsible for tracking and analyzing data gathered from the channels involved.

Experience in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Content Writing & Marketing, and Social Media relations is required for the position.
