How? PawnHero pays you a commission of 20% for every loan originated. Your job is to create more awareness for PawnHero and, for every successful transaction you help along, you earn. Why? Let's say you are currently an insurance agent or you are in real estate, its much harder to "sell" something one has to spend money on. If you are providing money (loans) instead, you convert more customers and receive a higher bonus.

• Must be able to sell PawnHero and its product and services in a professional manner;
• Directly engage with our customer and provide details on the products and services offered;
• Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services;
• Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues;
• Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products;
• Documents and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement;
• Manage various documents for all sales sources efficiently;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Participate in all departmental meetings and attend training and knowledge sharings.

Compensation:

• We are not paying a fix salary, you will be given an allowance plus a commission of every originated loan. Good agents can easily earn 300,000 Peso per month and more. Other get 3000 in just a day: an average loan gets you 300 Pesos commission if you get only 10 people who need quick cash that's already 3,000 Peso per day.
