Job Description

We are looking for a talented Finance, Administrative & Account Executive to join our growing team and work on very exciting venture backed Fintech startup.

As the Finance, Admin & Account Executive you will handle financial, administrative and accounts-related tasks. Such tasks include but are not limited to preparing and executing management reports, analyze reports, create annual budget and forecast, monitor cash flow statement and funding requirements, prepare and review monthly and yearly financial statements, do variance analysis on the financial results and performance of the company, prepare audit requirements for both external audit and the BIR audit, do corporate tax computations, periodic payroll preparation and management, and any administrative tasks assigned from time to time.You must be a

  • Accurately scope man-hours needed for each task.
    • Prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the team's general knowledge of best practices for finance, administration and accounting.
  • Document the front-end development work done.
  • Work with a team for a common goal and learning new things.
  • Assist in defining accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with leads to explore existing systems
    • Determine areas of complexity and potential risks to successful implementation.
    • Learn the applications' capabilities.
  • Translate accounting and financial guides provided by relevant government bodies into functional company accounting and finance system.
  • Contribute to continual improvement by providing suggestions to current company systems and policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant.
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience or exposure to online services is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of accounting.
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to accounting.
  • Knowledge in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Expertise in using productivity tools.
  • Excellent communicator - clear, concise written/verbal communication skills.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Excellent problem solver – must be analytical and logical.
  • Advanced business writing - letters, email messages, meeting notes, and summaries
