Job Description

We are looking for talented Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team and work on very exciting venture backed Fintech startup. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked to assist our customers in solving their pressing queries. This involves in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to email and text messages in a timely manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries both via telephone and email.
  • Manage and resolve customers' complaints.
  • Deliver accurate description of product and/or service to customers and take them through the sales process.
  • Follow up on initial contacts.
  • Maintain a high level of service with customers and meet performance targets.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.

Other requirements:

  • Contribute to the team's general knowledge of best practices for customer service and customer relations.
  • Make recommendations according to customers' needs of the product or service.
  • Work with a team towards a common goal and learn new things.
  • Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to customer experience.
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experienced in using customer service tools.
  • At least one-year experience in a BPO and/or customer service.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in customer service tools (ideally Zendesk and ZopIm).
  • Knowledgeable of administration and clerical processes.
  • Excellent English and Filipino communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient probing skills in understanding the customers; problems.
  • Listening skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, always provides information in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fast learner.
  • Very proficient communicator.
  • Ability to:
    • Prioritize work to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
    • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
    • Work under pressure and cope with stress effectively.
