HR Generalist  

• Responsible for recruitment: Which includes posting of vacancies, LinkedIn outreach, screening of applications, tel. interviews and making hiring recommendations to the Manager.
• Employee on-boarding: Job offer, contract signing and securing pre-employment requirements.
• Assist management in the grievance procedures.
• In - charge of the safekeeping of confidential and employee files.
• Attendance monitoring and processing of the employee attendance files.
• Assist management in making hiring decisions and employee movements.
• Updating and monitoring the HR files.
• Do other task that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  Being a startup means that a lot of company policies and procedures are not yet 100% in place. That provides a great opportunity for somebody who is organized to take ownership and set the foundation.

Experience and knowledge

• Experience in sourcing and screening applicants
• Knowledgeable in Labor laws and the due process
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Knowledgeable in all facets of HR especially Recruitment and Payroll
• Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
