PawnHero is a fast growing and award winning startup. While you might be tasked with

• Organizing and maintaining of files
• Planning and scheduling of meetings and booking of restaurants and flights
• Preparing presentations and conducting research

There you is much more than that, you get to work closely with the Founder, a serial entrepreneur that has built multiple ventures backed start-ups before. On a fairly basis, you get to shadow the Founder and management in every meeting, learn about business strategy, people management, fundraising, marketing, operation and much more.

We have extremely high expectations, in order to succeed you need to be smart, ambitious and hungry to learn. We demand extraordinarily high performance; “perfect" is good enough. Like highly skilled craftsmen, we give you as protégé an unusual amount of hands-on experience but also monitor your progress, offer instruction and intense feedback (you need to be able to hand feedback), and step in to work with you side by side when necessary.
