Job Description
- Manage overall claim process and monitor all incoming Claim documents with strict adherence to agreed timeline
- Analyze the claim and decide whether it is covered by the policy
- Analyze and review claims for accuracy, completeness and eligibility
- Prepares and maintains reports and records for processing and summarizing
- Maintain quality of Claim Services by ensuring that all enquiries and payments are resolved quickly
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with insurance industry, with focus on claim activities. Exposure to insurance products such as life, accident, travelling or marine insurance
- Deep understanding of insurance policies, including what each policy covers
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a team and drive success
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, customer service, leadership, decision making and communication skills
