Job Description
- Assists with all documents, payment, and administrations to run business.
- Supporting Sales & marketing team.
- Maintaining documents for compliance.
- Be the PIC and manage discussions and followup with insurance providers regarding policy creation, endorsement, claims.
- Monitoring payment from clients.
- To prepare quotation slip and closing advice to the insurance company
- To review terms and conditions provided by the insurance company
- To negotiate the most competitive terms and condition
Minimum Qualifications
- Understanding of Insurance Industry and excellent knowledge of Motor Vehicle and Property products – across New Business, Policy Administration, and Claims functions.
- Excellent operating skills - People management, Client/ insurance provider management.
- Good written and verbal communication, and a team player.
- Ability to build strong relationships with others across the business.
- Has a wide network within the insurance industry especially underwriters will be a plus
- Good negotiation skill
