Job Description
- Handling Fitting Appointments (face-to-face interaction with clients);
- Scheduling and coordinating with couriers and suppliers;
- Purchasing;
- File Management and Data Entry;
- Assist with merchandising;
- Other Operational tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must believe in our brand message.
- At least 1 year secretarial or admin work experience.
- Experience in dealing with fabrics and clothing a plus.
- Fluent in English/Filipino.
- Confident and friendly.
- Able to multi-task and thrive even during the stressful peak season.
- With meticulous attention to detail - no t's are left uncrossed!
- Tech-savvy and proficient with basic Windows applications (she can't live without technology).
- Can work with a team of women based in our cozy home office in Philam Homes, Quezon City (walking distance from SM North and Trinoma).
- Work schedule is Mondays to Saturdays, 9am-6pm
