Community Associate  

Partipost is Asia’s fastest growing influencer marketing platform that enables brands to activate everyday consumers to generate authentic and genuine content advocating for their products and services. Currently present in Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.

We’re looking for someone with a strong drive in servicing our Partiposters community.

Your day to day looks like:

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming Partiposter inquiries by email, or by direct messages.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies.
• Document Partiposter interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to interested/relevant parties.
• Explain simply and clearly in response to Partiposter questions.
• Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.
• Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with Partiposter by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
• Any ad hoc tasks requested by the management.

• 2+ years of previous community management or relevant experience is a plus
• Friendly and welcoming manner with Partiposters and other members of the Operation Team
• Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods and services
• Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Excellent organizational skill with eye for detail
• Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
• Reliable and self-driven, has the ability to work with teams and independently
• Willingness to cooperate with Partiposter and management to resolve any issues that may arise
