Paid Media Specialist

We are looking for an SEO & Paid Media Specialist who will be responsible for the management of digital activities across social, search and display platforms. You will plan and execute the media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, our specialist will be essential to ensuring that integrated digital strategies are aligned with Partipost’s objectives.

What your day to day looks like:

• Strategize & monitor content across multiple platforms
• Optimizing content across the Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords (Search, Display), YouTube & LinkedIn
• Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return
• Map ad formats to advertising objectives
• Manage a test and learn strategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behavior
• Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
• Test new channels and trends to build credibility
• Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy

• 1 - 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising
• Managing paid media, including SEM & SEO, paid social, display, and affiliate channels
• Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
