Job Description
- Perform full field investigations related to insurance claims, recorded statements.
- Gathers medical history and personal background of subject insured.
- Writes reports and collating information
- Assesses Range of factual information including claimants background
- Protects insurance companies from paying out of invalid claims
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
