Job Description
The RM will oversee the sales operations in the South Luzon Area will be responsible for the following:
- Accomplishment of yearly sales target
- Recruitment of new branch managers
- Maintenance of existing branches
- Management of all affairs of the branches
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree, any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the insurance industry
- Previous Training and / or Sales Management background in the Financial Services/Insurance Industry is preferred
- with VUL license is a plus
