Job Description
- Acceptance of NB Applications to Issuance of Policy (NB & UW Related)
- Acceptance of Policy Related Changes (Policy Services Related)
- Daily Bank Collection (Finance & Accounting Related)
- Attends to Agency Sales & Recruitment Activities (Marketing Related)
- Attends to Policy Related Inquiries from LPPs and Client Calls (Customer Service)
- Office Maintenance - Maintains office furniture/equipment; Coordinates with concerned HO department for job order/maintenance
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: College Graduate (4 year Business Course)
- Experience: At least 1 yr. related experience in Operations/Servicing Dept.
- Specific Business Knowledge:
- Customer Servicing
- Preferrably Female, Single, Age: Between 23 to 25 yrs. old
