Job Description

As part of our expansion we are seeking Sales / Business Development Executives / Managers to join our team in the Philippines. This is a unique and very exciting opportunity with a career progression.

You will need to be enthusiastic, target driven and highly ambitious Sales Executive to join our Team. You will be professional, intelligent, determined, highly motivated with excellent business development skills and is not afraid of hard work to deliver results by hitting targets and enjoys winning new business.

You will be working closely within a dedicated sales team and will be managed and mentored by one of our experienced sales Directors.

You will also be working across a variety of different events (Conferences / Tradeshow) and industry sectors. The role will focus on the telephone sales of International level - to present and sell delegate tickets to senior level executive management and decision makers.

Overall, you will grow revenue by selling to new and repeat clients.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Telephone sales calls to new and existing clients.
  • Sales presentations.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
  • Source and develop client.
  • Develop and maintain a clients database..
  • Constructing proposals.

If you think you have what it takes to be successful in this role you will have an uncapped commission structure + bonuses, Sales Competition Prices and Montly Prices. There will also be a fast track career progression to senior management for the right person.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Telesales experience.
  • Proven track record in sales and hitting targets.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone sales skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships and create strong partnerships.
  • Ability to negotiate, close deals, and influence key stakeholders.
