Job Description
- Meet company representatives on accounts endorsed.
- Create own pipeline.
- Do initial qualification of company requirements.
- Propose an account plan.
- Submit strategies on sales management and monitoring of supervised staff.
- Submit regular status reports.
- Do sales presentations for enterprise accounts.
- Do scoping as guided by a product scoping document.
- Prepare proposal for approval by Head of Sales.
- Recommend account plan to Head of Sales.
- Close contracts for enterprise accounts.
- Inform Accounting of billings and follows up collection.
- Review post account status with superior.
- Analyze causes of lost and dropped accounts.
- Get feedback on closed account implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree preferably in IT, Sciences, Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience or more.
- Had extensive exposure to strategize and do account management.
- Had extensive experience to identify solutions.
- Has extensive contacts with companies for sources of leads.
- Ability to:
- Identify key projects.
- Do the P&L and other documents needed for the final proposal.
- Explain the proposal and the solution offered to the company.
- Conduct negotiation activities with the client and suppliers.
- Do market and product research.
- Superior capability to create presentations.
- Willing to work in Makati.
