Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
- Answers inquirires or refers inquiries to respective department / person.
- Directs visitors and gives instructions by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures.
- Monitors logbook.
- Issues visitor badges.
- Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any field / course.
- Experience in an airline or ground handling company is an advantage but not necessary.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and other office applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.
- Willing to work extended hours whenever required.
- Willing to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
- Excellent team player.
