Job Description
The Customer Service Representative or Technical Support Representative will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- This is a technical account but employees will take in customer service concerns.
- Answering phone calls for the customers and see problems through resolution.
- Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Following standard procedures and escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a High School Graduate or College Undergraduate
- No call center experience required
- With above to excellent communication skills
- With at least 1 valid ID (SSS, PRC, GSIS, UMID or Passport)
- IELTS or Berlitz passer is an advantage
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work in Makati
- DAYSHIFT Full time
