Job Description

The Customer Service Representative or Technical Support Representative will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • This is a technical account but employees will take in customer service concerns.
  • Answering phone calls for the customers and see problems through resolution.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Following standard procedures and escalations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a High School Graduate or College Undergraduate
  • No call center experience required
  • With above to excellent communication skills
  • With at least 1 valid ID (SSS, PRC, GSIS, UMID or Passport)
  • IELTS or Berlitz passer is an advantage
  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work in Makati
  • DAYSHIFT Full time
