Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
- Answering phone calls of the customers and see problems through resoultion.
- Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Following standard procedures and escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least High school graduate or college undergraduate.
- College graduates are also accepted.
- No call center experience needed.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Amenable to work in either one of the following locations:
- Makati
- MOA
- Pasig
- Shaw
- Fairview
- Sucat
