Job Description
- Answering phone calls for the customers and see problems through resolution.
- Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Following standard procedures and escalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in College, any course
- At least 1-year database management or Financial experience
- With 1 year of Financial background
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in UNIX
- Backup and Restore
- Open VPN
- Knowledge in Java is a plus
- Experience in VBA is a plus
