Job Description

  • Answering phone calls for the customers and see problems through resolution.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Following standard procedures and escalations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in College, any course
  • At least 1-year database management or Financial experience
  • With 1 year of Financial background
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience in SQL
  • Experience in UNIX
  • Backup and Restore
  • Open VPN
  • Knowledge in Java is a plus
  • Experience in VBA is a plus
