Job Description
The Learning and Development Coordinator will be responsible for:
Business Development Functions
- Communicate to clients about current training programs
- Look for customers in market segment assigned
- Help fulfill the training program of the center
- Coordinate with departments
- Answer inquiries
- Update center calendar
Learning Functions
- design training plan
- facilitate training programs
- oversee programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Self driven
- Willing to make outbound calls
- Professional
- Experience in sales and outbound calls a plus
