Job Description

  • Directly handle Sales, Accounts, and Customer Service of TGVI
  • Introduce tactical sales and revenue-building opportunities and create a technical sales training and coaching by scripting all communications to be used for Sales and Customer Service Department's incoming staff
  • Develop annual sales forecasts and prepare monthly analyses and reports that monitor and analyze sales activity and market trends.
  • Conduct quarterly and/or annual business reviews with key customers, evaluating performance versus plan for various products, the effectiveness of promotions and programs, and potential for further growth with various accounts.
  • Conceptualize / design, strategize on and manage all of the company's activation events while brainstorming possible synergistic collaborations (possible co-branding, partnerships, and synergistic collaborations) with the Business Development Director
  • Provide exemptional, reliable and dedicated customer service by troubleshooting customer complaints and turning incidents into srategic opportunities for TGVI
  • Create, build and provide streamlined resolutions bridging Sales, Customer Service & Accounts for responses and protocols resulting in higher department productivity, increase efficiencies and overall greater client satisfaction
  • Spearhead digital and on ground promotional sales activities and events
  • Assess and pursue opportunities for development of new business within the assigned region and identify new industry sectors to grow business
  • Provide ongoing education to brokers, distributors and operators regarding the following: TGVI product categories in general, TGVI products in particular, TGVI programs and promotion; clients, media channels, and other customers via presentations, conferences, seminars, events, blog, and other speaking engagements
  • Responsible for web and live consultations to assess client's lifestyle, eating habits, training schedule, along with setting short and long-term goals
  • Monitor clients to ensure they keep on track and attain goals
  • Provide clients with nutrition plans and programs that increase stamina and endurance and educate them on post-workout recovery needs
  • Evaluate clients' biochemical composition and physiology in order to create and recommend the most optimal way to reap the best results of TGVI's nutritional programs
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to design creative merchandising and promotional programs tailored to customers as appropriate to the class of trade, market demographics, and operator focus, and within allotted budget amounts
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director other sales managers and Marketing management to develop overall sales strategies for the class of business and region, annual business plans and operating budgets, as well as mutually supportive processes and systems
  • Assist and coordinate with different departments to resolve internal and external issues, such as complaints

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Must be a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian
  • MInimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant and similar industry experience
  • Proficient knowledge in food, beverages, pharmaceutical, medical, business, industry is a must
  • With an extensive knowledge of the sales and marketing process with a strong history of driving teams to achieving sales and new business targets
  • Strong sense of Market Pulse - Backed with business sense and a keen understanding of the constantly evolving Philippine consumer market
  • Strong Project Management and Implementation Skills
  • Ability to nurture a brand's equity by excellent sales and customer service strategy
  • Strategic Planning & Collaborative Leadership Skills - Excellent track record in leading cross-functional teams in the achievement of sustainable and profitable business growth
  • Passionate-proven ability in identifying possible business opportunities and sales channels
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills - Strong frontend and backend skills
  • Must have strong human relations - Ability to forge and insinuate strong relationships with clients, prospects and suppliers alike naturally
  • Must have extensive knowledge of the human body and dietary practices, and a passion for working with people on a personal, individual level
  • With intrinsic interest in preventative, maintenance, and recovery care in lifestyle, sports and medical nutrition
  • Must be a positive thinker who can quickly pinpoint problems, come up with solutions, and get the action going without having to be told so
  • With high expertise and demonstrated strengths in strategic customer service, sales, project management and accounts acquisition
  • Highly adept in food-based menu planning, proper food combinations, and able to suggest economic food substitutes
  • Proper methods and practices of large-scale food preparations, quantity cooking, and food portion control
  • Knowledgeable in the principles of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Valuable experience working in food & beverage industry or creative advertising agency is a plus
