Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist in menu planning to ensure adequate nutrition requirements are met; assist with food testing and recipe development as needed
  • Implement the production plan and ensure that the daily operations runs according to schedule
  • Distribute menus, production schedules and work orders
  • Revise production schedules and work assignments in coordination with the Production Supervisor when needed
  • Monitor staff compliance with standard operating procedures, policies and quality standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of the product and compliance with standard processes in various stages of production
  • Examine daily work processes and products to determine completeness and conformation to quality standards
  • Report discrepancies and issues in the production process to the Production Supervisor
  • Maintain and encode production records for analysis and assessment, such as waste, buffer, daily meal count, inventory
  • Takes over in the absence of the Production Supervisor
  • Assist in supervision and evaluation of food service staff
  • Assist the Production Supervisor in the preparation of food production documents
  • Assist and coordinate with different departments to resolve internal and external issues, such as complaints
  • Assist in conducting nutritional assessment, consultation and recommendations to clients
  • Fills in when and wherever needed to insure efficient kitchen operation

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • A graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant, Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics or any equivalent course.
  • Experience managing a ready prepared food production operation or commercial kitchen
  • Has knowledge and experience in proper methods and practices of large-scale food preparations, quantity cooking, and food portion control
  • Has knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Has knowledge and experience in supervising, training, and performance evaluation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and recipe management software
