About TGVI Established in February 2014, Threetop Group Ventures Inc. (TGVI) was born out of our aspiration to spearhead the good food movement by educating the Filipino community in making informed food choices. In April 2014, we successfully launched our flagship brand, Paleo Manila®—the Philippines' first Paleo meal plan door-to-door delivery service. Following the lines of the Paleo Diet™ philosophy, each meal plan is intricately designed by our company's in-house registered nutritionist-dietitians, food scientists, and dedicated R&D team to be anti-inflammatory, all-natural, and gluten-free. Paleo Manila® meals are made from scratch: from the baked goods down to the sauces and dressings, it takes out the processed ingredients from its customers’ daily diet to encourage not only weight loss but overall healing from inside out. Paleo Manila® continuously develops its menu of flavorful international cuisines and offers full customization to tailor-fit to each medical condition, food intolerance, aesthetic goals, and specific dietary requirements. Catering to various types of organizations and individuals all over the Metro, Paleo Manila® provides a convenient and sustainable solution that addresses its customers’ nutritional needs and promotes a better quality of life. TGVI’s company culture is steeped in the spirit of KAIZEN—a.k.a. continuous improvement. Applying this best practice through a strategic approach, we continue upgrading our state-of-the-art commissary facility, nurturing the growth and development of our employees, and enriching the quality our products. Among other things, we attribute our success to a strong quality assurance process and dedication in delivering our commitments. Currently manufacturing a daily average of 500-700 therapeutic and non-therapeutic meals, TGVI establishes fruitful, long-term relationships with its partner institutions by implementing rigorous quality control in all areas of the plant. From receiving of fresh produce until the delivery to our end consumer, we immerse our workforce in continuous innovation to ensure superior workmanship. Along with this, we provide a 24/7 responsive and reliable service by truly listening to our clients’ needs and aiming to surpass our customers’ satisfaction.
