Lead retail team to create GTM strategy and systematically prospect new business (SME) and create a pipeline of potential leads

Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business

Research companies and identify key players in various industries and verticals
-
Analyze customer behavior, competitors, and be aware of the latest market trends
-
Provide suggestions for ways to optimize business growth
-
Collaborate with Account Manager to develop creative outreach strategies to attract customers
-
Collaborate with retail team to ensure an excellent customer experience across all client interactions, from needs assessment to delivery and project follow up
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
-
Min. 3 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role (in a software company or startup environment preferred)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Have a strong database in various B2C industries (FMCG, Retail, Distributor, Agriculture, Automotive, etc)

Excellent communication, presentation, and project planning skills

Energetic and approachable with a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative environment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
