Job Description

  • Lead retail team to create GTM strategy and systematically prospect new business (SME) and create a pipeline of potential leads

  • Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business

  • Research companies and identify key players in various industries and verticals

  • Analyze customer behavior, competitors, and be aware of the latest market trends

  • Provide suggestions for ways to optimize business growth

  • Collaborate with Account Manager to develop creative outreach strategies to attract customers

  • Collaborate with retail team to ensure an excellent customer experience across all client interactions, from needs assessment to delivery and project follow up

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field

  • Min. 3 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role (in a software company or startup environment preferred)

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Have a strong database in various B2C industries (FMCG, Retail, Distributor, Agriculture, Automotive, etc)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project planning skills

  • Energetic and approachable with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and collaborative environment

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
