Job Description
- Design Product roadmap that fits the need of user within proposed timeline
- Gain a deep understanding of costumer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Collaborates with Business development team to ensure opportunities are effectively covered and advanced
- Collaborate with the Tech Team, Sales & Marketing Team in product development lifecycle.
- Creating detailed product requirement specifications for handover to the Tech Team
- Monitor, plan, analyse, evaluate features and product development roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills coupled with problem-solving and strong intuitions of user behaviours;
- Good communication in English;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent;
- Have worked in AGILE SCRUM environment for at least 1 year
- Certified Scrum Master is an edge
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for Assistant Product Manager/ Assistant Product Owner;
- Previous experience in a high-paced Start Up environment with exposure to IT and / or financial technology;
- Good team work and as well as individual strong;
- Have a good skill of time management and organizational abilities;
- Strong interpersonal communication skill, analytical thinking, having knowledge in presentation, result- oriented attitude and willingness to learn;
- Familiar with Project Management Tools;
