Communications Research Specialist  

The Communication Research Specialist is expected to carry out general quantitative and qualitative research to produce reputation, communication and media evaluation reports. These reports will then be used to improve the effectiveness of public relations, communications, advocacy and marketing campaigns.

The candidate will select research methods appropriate to pre-defined client criteria. He or she should be adept at developing, pretesting, and rolling out questionnaires, focus groups, interview schedules and any other methods to achieve objectives

The candidate should also be able to analyse campaign performance and research results using a variety of numerical and IT tools and then present to clients and broader stakeholders.

A good writing and graphics skills are also necessary when presenting research and evaluation reports to clients.

• A graduate of Communication Research, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Science with strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative research
• At least two years of experience in conducting communication and evaluative research. Fresh graduatew may be entertained provided he/she can show excellent research body of work while in college.
