- Assist Marketing Manager in implementing the Company's market strategies
- Sales. Help establish business relationship with travel agencies. Assist in seeking out new Corporate clients.
- Events - Send out sponsorship letters and event deck to target companies
- Public relations - Assist the Manager in coordinating with members of the press including bloggers, cable and tv networks. Update crisis management plan.
- Digital Marketing - Approve Circle of friends application for membership and answer client inquiries online.
- Advertising and Promotions - Coordinate payment with Accounting Department
- Event Sponsorship and Strategic Tie Ups. - Receives all event sponsorship requests and strategic tie ups with different companies
- Assist manager in conducting market research through customer survey.
- Collect from branches completed survey forms
- Assist the Operations Department in handling face to face and telephone inquiries.
- ADMINISTRATION
- Obtain requirements of Operations, Marketing and Admin Department and procure office supplies, equipment and forms.
- File documents concerning marketing and Admin
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work long hours
- Willing to work during weekend and holidays

About Padi's Point / Vicente A. Padilla, Jr.
Padi's Point Restaurant and Bar was established in October 1992. The first branch was located in the hills of Antipolo, offering a spectacular view of the city. The original concept was to make Padi's Point a hang out place for young crowds, to satisfy the thirst and hunger of the adventurous players of Gotcha Paintball Wargames as well as for families who were out on excursion. Vince Padilla, the young enterpreneur behind the restaurant, envisioned a nicely built restaurant with good grilled food and drinks at reasonable prices, playing "young music".
With the continued success of the restaurant and bar, it was clear that the concept was indeed salable as a potential business for others. hence, the move to get into franchising.
By October 1997, Padis Point officially launched its franchising program. The first franchise branch located in the Metropolis Mall Alabang was a success.
Soon after, more franchised branches and company - owned branches opened
Padis Point Bar & Restaurant is the widest and favorite bar and restaurant chain in the contry today.
