Oracle Developer  

• Design and Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements based on functional designs.
• Develop technical specifications, unit test plans and installation plans for complex designs for new systems or system enhancements.
• Perform problem analysis, debugging and coding as part of new development.
• Coordinate with other team members to work on solutions and on design/code reviews.
• Design forms, reports, data collection, processing and control procedures for assigned systems.
• Develop advanced applications using Oracle Forms and Reports for assigned systems.
• Develop advanced file and database structures, and interfaces between internal and external systems.
• Develop criteria for testing and debugging applications, programs and reports, and evaluate results of design and testing.
• Perform and supervise full systems testing, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide third-tier user support, to include assistance during installation, training and end-user documentation.
• Create and maintain all pertinent documentation, including program, form, report, system and job flow documentation.
• Communicate with managers and business partners on business systems and project statuses.
• Maintain technical and functional awareness and competence.
• Serve as contact to relationships outside of the Company as appropriate.
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned/required.
• Liaison with external vendors like Oracle Managed Cloud Services, KoFax, etc.

KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in Oracle EBS Procure to Pay cycle.
• Exposure to Markview.
• Experience in the development of all aspects of RICE objects.
• Experience in Design and Development of Workflows and AME.
• Experience in design and development of complex Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, OAF skills including performance tuning.
• Experience developing reports in BI Publisher and Discoverer.
• Experience with Unix/Linux Shell scripts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, software library control, and editing products.

• Ability to interpret and write technical publications/diagrams, and project specifications.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to meet time sensitive
• Solid experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R11i and R12 primarily in the following Oracle Financials (GL, iExpense, AP, FA, Cash Management, Purchasing, iProcurement, Payments) and HCM modules.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
