Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field

- Atleats three years (3) people management experience inEthical/OTC sales and/or medical detailing

- Ability to build and lead a high performing team

- Strong teamplayer, resourceful, highly motivated, results driven

- Proven track records

- Good communication skills: verbal and written

- Good analytical skills

- Proficient in MS. Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)

Job Description

The District Sales Manager is responsible for tapping the business potential of the assigned territory in alignment with the company's direction, by leading a team of Medical Sales Representatives, and achieving sales taget through sales force effectiveness, marketing activity execution and account management.
