- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Assist in Marketing operations and perform assigned tasks from time to time
- Encode all billing and payment transactions to SAP system
- Encode payments to client's accounts
- Encode SOAS to individual client's account
- Prepare accounts summaries, monitor receivables, follow up collections, review and check monthly sales report
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
- Excellent knowledge in SAP, MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications.
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- With pleasing personality.
