- Monitor project budget.
- Check and balance project budget (budget vs. actual).
- Prepare and analyze monthly production and/or project cost reports.
- Coordinate with the contractors for billings.
- Prepare and submit Bidding requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in cost management in a construction environment
- Required Skill(s): Quantity Surveying, Cost Controlling, Civil Engineering.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in Macapagal Blvd. Pasay City
