- Monitors Project Budget.
- Check and Balance Project Budget (Budget vs. Actual)
- Receives and keeps all documents pertaining to Construction or Project.
- Creates and reviews the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly production and/or project cost reports.
- Coordinates with the contractors for billings.
- Prepares and submit Bidding requirements.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil Engineering course
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Skills in using AUTOCAD is preferred
- With at least 2 years experience in the related field is required
