- Monitor and record through a data base all purchased equipment, fixed assets, supplies and parts.
- Create a bar code system for all fixed assets for proper identification and easy tracking.
- Conduct an inventory to ensure accuracy of the records in the data base.
- Act as Quality Control to ensure that all equipment or fixed assets of the company is being taken care of end users.
- Shall make status report (Quarterly) and recommendations for all equipment and fixed assets to be submitted to the Accounting Manager for review.
- Conduct general orientation for warehousemen to ensure that the warehouse procedures are being done accordingly.
- Other task maybe assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a college graduate
- Knolewdge in Construction industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in Quezon City area
