Job Description
- Market Pace Academy and its subsidiaries using all channels.
- Answer all questions/queries related to the school, etc. in all channels.
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for school on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Assist with admin works such as but not limited to admission, answering phone calls, etc.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the superior/s.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing.
- Must have good grammar and be able to write and speak well in English.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe, and Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Sheet, PPT).
- Must be detail-oriented and flexible.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Amenable to work in Quezon City.
