Job Description
- Keeps confidential records and tax information for clients.
- Communicates and negotiates with local government.
- Evaluates and assesses complicated tax issues.
- Researches and analyzes tax laws.
- Stays up-to-date on the changes with regulations and tax laws.
- Devise strategies to solve any financial issue that may arise.
- Keeps accurate records and develops plans to solve financial issues that affect clients.
- Handles evaluation, risk assessment, and counseling on various complicated tax problems.
- Executes project-related tax research and analysis.
- Maintains the tax records and keep up with all filing deadlines related to taxes for the client.
Minimum Qualifications

Lawyer or CPA-lawyer.

One year of experience in tax consulting

Detailed knowledge of tax laws and issues.

Solid accounting skills.

Strong sense of client services orientation.

Excellent communication skills and negotiation tactics.
