- Executes the procedures in the work program assigned by the Senior Payroll Specialist.
- Updates superiors of work progress.
- Gives feedback on work performed, difficulties encountered, and issues identified.
- Communicate with the client upon instruction or approval by the Manager,
- Utilizes job-related tools (e.g. MCCAPS, PaySQL, e-Payslip, MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc.).
- Submits deliverables within set deadlines.
- Assumes new or different work assignments.
- Schedules willingly and modifies work methods to meet changing needs of the team or client.
- Seeks creative, new, and different ways to accomplish objectives better.
- Shows receptiveness to new ideas.
- Performs any task or assignment that may bedelegated by Senior Payroll Specialist and Manager.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business or other related fields.

Certified Public Accountant, preferred but not required.

Experience in Accounting and/or Payroll.
-
Preferably with experience in Audit or Process Improvement.

Able to perform the following:

Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.

Profiency in Microsoft Office applications.
