- Delivers and implements customized analytics solutions to our clients for them to fulfill accounting, business, and regulatory requirements.
- Works on a wide range of financial service risk management projects, such as credit risk modeling (model development, optimization, validation and application), impairment modeling, predictive modeling, behavior modeling, stress testing, capital management, etc.
- Manages a team to develop new approaches and ideas to fit client needs, by utilizing various quantitative and qualitative analysis, assessments and techniques.
- Provides and manages project plans, follows up with project progresses, and ensures all tasks and requirements are delivered in a timely manner and of high qualities.
- Seeks out the requirements from clients, builds relevant data mines, extracts data for analysis, and performs all relevant data treatments.
- Performs quantitative analysis, and communicates insights/findings with clients’ Senior Management and/or the Board.
- Prepares and presents presales materials, and client proposals.
Minimum Qualifications

Possesses a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Mathematical Finance, Actuarial Science, or other highly quantitative degrees.

Hands-on experience in the use of statistical software such as SAS, Mat lab or R and data mining skills using SQL applied on large data sets.

Knowledge of advanced statistical and forecasting techniques such as regression analysis, survival analysis, time series analysis, transition matrices and Markov chains; including model validation and back testing.

Knowledge of and preferably with experience in current credit risk framework, regulations and measurement such as or related to BASEL accords, credit loss parameter estimation, credit scoring techniques and risk-based pricing.

Proficient in using MS Applications.

Leadership skills and flexibility to handle work outside the comfort zone.
